You’ve worked hard to understand yourself. Now let’s build on it.

You’ve done the reading. You understand your patterns, maybe better than most. And yet something still feels stuck. Intimacy stays complicated. Connection feels just out of reach. Desire, shame, or mismatch quietly erode what you most want to feel close to.

Maybe you’re queer, neurodivergent, or somewhere in the middle of figuring out who you are. Maybe traditional therapy has felt like it was built for someone else entirely, someone with a simpler story, a more legible identity, a less complicated body.

This is trauma-informed, sex-positive psychotherapy for adults and couples in Ontario who are ready to understand not just what they’re feeling, but why. Work here is grounded in the body, shaped by a systems lens that understands how culture, identity, and lived experience affect the way we relate to ourselves and others, and paced for sustainable, relational change.

You don’t need to try harder. You need support that finally makes sense of your experience.
